This is a part-time remote position.

You value the diverse skills of a team to learn and grow from one another. This position reports to the Director of Marketing of Cultivate What Matters.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Comfortable producing content and speaking to customers in large-group settings and in-front of the camera
- Expert understanding of various social media platforms with their respective strengths and weaknesses. Knowledge of how they all can be leveraged to help engage an audience and grow a business
- Experience in affiliate marketing preferred
Experience in e-commerce is not required, but is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a social media strategy for Cultivate, collaborating with the team
- Engage with our current audience and grow our social media reach through photos and videos
- Research new and innovative ways to acquire new customers through social media
- Increase affiliate revenue YOY through Shopify Collabs and other affiliate platforms
- Act as the company liaison to affiliates, building those relationships on an ongoing basis
- Manage groups by responding to inquiring and monitoring comments

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting compensation for this position is $20-28 per hour, based upon experience
