Currently focused on the development of online presence and launch of Soulfully Yours, a purpose-driven wellness brand based in Australia, dedicated to making high-quality Matcha tea accessible, enjoyable, and part of a modern daily ritual. We are building a lifestyle brand rooted in clarity, energy, and intentional living, with a growing community across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Shopify, exploring how to enter YouTube.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and adaptable Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to support content production and platform management across these brands, beginning with Soulfully Yours.
Our current brand portfolio includes:
• Soulfully Yours – Matcha tea and intentional wellness rituals
• Funcakes – Healthy, clean-label pancake mix powders
• Sonara – Pure Spring still and sparkling water focused on wellness and simplicity
• Conga Pet’s – Luxury accessories and essentials for pets
• Big Kiddos – Premium, playful clothing for kids
Responsibilities
• Create and collaborate with others to produce authentic, original content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest across multiple brands
• Develop educational and product-focused videos that help customers understand the product benefits and values of each brand
• Produce UGC-style (User-Generated Content-style) videos that feel genuine and are tailored to each brand’s voice, avoiding generic or overly trendy content
• Edit and finalise videos, including voiceover work, subtitles, transitions, and platform formatting
• Create brand-specific content that reflects transparency, quality, and lifestyle appeal, adapting visual and messaging tone per brand
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team on monthly and seasonal content strategy focused on organic growth
• Stay up to date on trends and platform best practices to recommend fresh content directions
• Optionally assist in paid media campaigns (Meta, Google), if experience allows
Requirements
• Proven video production and editing skills, including voiceover and subtitle integration
• Experience creating social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Strong visual and storytelling skills that adapt to different audiences and industries (wellness, food, fashion, kids, pets)
• Understanding of organic product marketing, health-conscious consumer behaviour, and purpose-led messaging
• Familiarity with UGC-style storytelling, but capable of creating content that is unique, non-template-based, and brand-authentic
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts and adapting messaging by niche
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines and collaborating with internal teams
