ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Project Manager/Social Media Specialist. This role blends project management with social media growth and marketing execution. The ideal candidate will help drive brand visibility, manage workflows, and ensure consistent content and community growth across platforms.

 

WORK SCHEDULE: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM London Time (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

 

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

 

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts and calendar (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and schedule content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar applications
  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Track metrics and analytics, and make strategic recommendations
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.) to increase output and streamline processes
  • Keep projects organized in tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Trello
  • Communicate effectively and provide status updates
  • Act as a right hand to the founder to keep priorities moving forward
  • Handle other miscellaneous tasks to support the business

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Experience using AI and productivity tools to increase efficiency
  • Familiarity with online education, coaching programs, or influencer brands is a plus
  • Highly organized and self-managed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner who can take initiative and solve problems
  • Creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and content
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative execution
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset that sees the big picture and takes ownership
