Responsibilities
Delivering graduate-level instruction in Marketing while maintaining the academic rigor appropriate to an accredited MBA program. Mentoring students by drawing on professional experience to connect course content to contemporary business practices. Maintaining a regular, substantive course presence and actively engaging students in discussions that encourage critical thinking, analysis, and professional dialogue. Posting weekly announcements that orient students to course content and connect material to real-world practice. Hosting regular virtual office hours in formats accessible to working adults across various time zones. Responding to student inquiries and grading student work in a timely manner, consistent with program expectations. Adhering to all course policies, grading rubrics, and assignment structures as designed. Collaborating actively with the Program Director and program staff by sharing instructional insights, flagging student concerns early, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the program. Participating in program communications, occasional faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities as requested. Upholding university academic integrity policies and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field required; terminal degree preferred. Demonstrated professional expertise in Marketing; practitioner background strongly preferred. Experience teaching or facilitating learning with adult learners in online or professional settings; prior online teaching experience preferred. Familiarity with andragogical principles and adult learning practices. Proficiency with or willingness to learn the Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to engage as an active partner in a growing program. Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive, coaching-oriented feedback. Qualified candidates will demonstrate either academic qualifications or significant, current professional experience consistent with AACSB faculty qualification standards.
