This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Generalist in the United States.

This role is focused on relaunching and repositioning a digital healthtech product, owning both strategy and hands-on execution across marketing and go-to-market initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of product marketing, growth, and execution, translating product value into clear messaging that drives adoption and usage. The role requires someone who can quickly assess a product’s current state, identify gaps, and build a practical marketing plan from the ground up. You will collaborate across marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to align positioning and activation efforts. This is a highly autonomous, builder-style role ideal for someone comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You will directly influence product visibility, user acquisition, and early-stage growth outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the evaluation, redesign, and execution of marketing efforts tied to a product relaunch. You will be responsible for shaping go-to-market direction, improving messaging clarity, and driving adoption through practical and measurable initiatives:

  • Assess the current product positioning, user experience, and marketing effectiveness to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including messaging, user flows, and activation strategies to support relaunch objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution consistency.
  • Identify and implement quick-win improvements to onboarding, usability, and conversion touchpoints.
  • Document processes, decisions, and learnings to support iteration and future scaling efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on marketing experience with the ability to operate independently across strategy and execution. You are comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ownership is broad:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, growth, or startup environments.
  • Proven experience supporting product launches or relaunches, ideally in early-stage or scaling contexts.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to turn strategy into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a clear, structured, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Nice to have: experience in fintech, healthcare, reimbursement, or payments; familiarity with MVP development, iteration cycles, or early traction growth; prior product marketing exposure.

Benefits

  • Flexible contractor engagement (~20 hours per week) with potential for full-time conversion
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, scope, and deliverables
  • Opportunity to shape and relaunch a real product with direct impact on growth outcomes
  • Remote flexibility within the United States
  • Exposure to a fast-moving healthtech SaaS environment
  • Opportunity to work across product, marketing, and sales functions in a high-ownership role
  • Confidential, project-based engagement with structured scope and deliverables
