Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in Klaviyo and experience supporting CEOs or executives. This role involves managing email outreach campaigns, handling administrative tasks, and providing operational support. Experience with TikTok affiliate outreach and Shopify is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Assist with email outreach and follow-up communication.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, inbox management, and task coordination.
- Research and communicate with TikTok affiliates.
- Support Shopify-related tasks and basic e-commerce operations.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote administrative role.
- Strong expertise in Klaviyo and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working directly with CEOs or senior executives.
- Familiarity with TikTok and influencer/affiliate outreach (a plus).
- Basic understanding of Shopify and e-commerce platforms (a plus).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
