JOB DESCRIPTION:
Draft and manage offer documents, overseeing transactions from contract to closing.
Develop and maintain structured workflows to ensure efficient transaction management.
Facilitate communication and coordination with all parties involved, including inspectors, title/escrow agents, lenders, and appraisers.
Keep clients, agents, and other stakeholders informed with regular updates.
Provide sellers and buyers with weekly progress reports.
Prepare commission statements or greensheets for DA processing.
Collect essential details such as utility and maintenance records from sellers for buyers.
Arrange final readings or Title V inspections as needed.
Organize and schedule key transaction events, such as move-in/move-out dates, final walkthroughs, and closings.
Implement a follow-up plan for buyers and sellers post-closing.
Accurately input client details into CRM/database for tracking and follow-up.
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Create high-quality visual and video content to strengthen brand presence.
Develop content calendars that align with brand messaging and promotional strategies.
Monitor, respond, and engage with audience interactions to build community relationships.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with marketing teams (if applicable) to ensure consistent brand representation.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative content strategies.
Maintain and update digital marketing calendars.
Provide reports and insights on social media campaign performance.
Oversee website updates and content management.
