As part of the Community Operations team, you’ll play a key role in building brand trust, driving engagement, and ensuring every message reflects Muvr’s values: empathy, clarity, fairness, and compliance.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment. This role will manage, organize, and scale our multi-brand social presence, helping power a content engine that produces high-volume short-form content every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn for multiple brands.
  • Use tools like Later and Metricool to coordinate and automate posting at scale.
  • Maintain and optimize content calendars to ensure a consistent daily rhythm of short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
  • Collaborate with the Video Editor and creative team to provide multiple daily content briefs based on raw footage from the founder and marketing team.
  • Use trained GPT workflows (ChatGPT + custom automation) to generate viral hooks, caption templates, content prompts, and creative outlines.
  • Continuously research and track trending formats, sounds, and viral content across platforms to inspire new ideas.
  • Categorize, tag, and organize media assets, content briefs, and creative libraries.
  • Suggest and prototype new content series, campaigns, and influencer-style formats to grow reach and engagement.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to align content themes with ongoing campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media or short-form video content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with Later, Metricool, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Excellent understanding of short-form storytelling and platform-native content.
  • Ability to identify and act on trends quickly — both creatively and strategically.
  • Exceptional organizational skills — comfortable handling high posting volumes and multiple brand calendars simultaneously.
  • Experience creating or editing content briefs for creative teams.
  • Basic understanding of GPT/AI tools for ideation and content generation (training provided).
  • Passion for digital storytelling, community growth, and brand voice consistency.
