You’ll be working with a passionate therapist who creates valuable content and is committed to building a strong online community around mental wellness.

Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance social media posts to ensure professional, polished presentation across all platforms
  
• Research and identify trending topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to mental health and therapy
  
• Generate creative and engaging content ideas that align with the practice’s brand voice and therapeutic approach
  
• Develop and maintain consistent posting schedules to maximize audience engagement and reach
  
• Create content strategies specifically focused on increasing organic reach and converting followers into therapy bookings
  
• Collaborate closely with the therapist to ensure all content maintains accuracy, professionalism, and brand consistency
  
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to leverage emerging opportunities for growth
  

• Proven experience in social media content creation, editing, and management across major platforms (Portfolio is a must)
  
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for organic growth
  
• Demonstrated ability to research trending topics and translate them into relevant, engaging content
  
• Creative mindset with excellent content ideation skills and ability to generate fresh, original ideas
  
• Proficiency with content editing tools, social media management platforms, and scheduling software
  
• Experience or strong interest in professional service marketing, particularly in healthcare, wellness, or therapy sectors
  
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice consistency
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment with regular digital communication
