We're looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to take the reins of our Instagram and TikTok channels. This part-time role will initially require approximately 15 hours per week, with the potential for growth.
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for driving engagement, expanding our reach, and cultivating our online community across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
- Post consistently across platforms:
- Instagram Grid: 6 posts per week (mix of reels, standard posts, and carousels).
- Instagram Reels: 6 reels per week.
- Instagram Stories: 6 stories per week, incorporating engaging tactics.
- TikTok: 6 posts per week.
- Design compelling cover images for all reels using the Pixelcut app.
- Create engaging content formats, including:
- Simple question posts
- Visually appealing carousel posts
- Actively monitor and respond to all comments on Instagram and TikTok to foster community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular feedback on content effectiveness, highlighting what's working well and suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- A strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills and a knack for crafting engaging captions.
- Proficiency in creating compelling visual content for various social media formats.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet posting schedules.
- A data-driven mindset to analyze performance and iterate on strategies.
