Social Media Manager for a Real Estate Industry in the US (Home Based Part Time)

• Manage social media posts for two of the client’s companies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile

• Edit and publish one piece of content per day using client-provided videos and photos through CapCut and/or Canva

• Manage the CRM (BoldTrail), including sending mass email and text campaigns a few times per month

• Create flyers and other marketing materials as needed

• Set up automated welcome messages for new followers (no manual DM responses required)

• Provide additional administrative support across the client’s businesses as assigned
