The Social Media Intern's objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of social media marketing. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers. Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.
Duties/ Responsibilities: -Planning and managing social media calendars -Creating social media posts -Assisting the social media team with brainstorming campaigns. -Posting on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. -Analyzing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns -Combines creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create successful posts Intern will Learn/Develop: -Ability to translate complex research into a common language. -How to networking and marketing. -Insight into real estate property marketing. -Increasing confidence and public speaking skills -Maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements

Education: -Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications or related field -Desired Candidate to be of sophomore year or higher -Projects portfolio or any previous work portfolio required, please include in the application Availability: Office Hours Mondays to Thursdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours can be flexible based on class schedules and availability. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
