Are you a creative and data-driven social media expert ready to make an impact? We're looking for a seasoned Social Media Specialist to join our client, a forward-thinking company seeking to elevate its digital presence and drive meaningful engagement across platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies tailored to business goals
- Manage and grow presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and audience
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Engage with followers and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and leadership) to support campaigns and product promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Analytical mindset – able to read and interpret data, and act on it
- Bonus: Experience with paid social media campaigns and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite)
