Social Media & Digital Content Specialist | ZR_25441_JOB

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to lead their online presence across web, social media, and email. You’ll play a key role in content creation, audience growth, and digital storytelling—using data to drive engagement and amplify the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy across the website, Facebook, Instagram, and email
  
• Create engaging content for social media, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
  
• Manage and maintain a content calendar across all platforms
  
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  
• Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and other interactions
  
• Reach out to influencers, partners, and brands to build connections
  
• Track and report on campaign performance and audience growth
  
• Suggest innovative ways to increase brand reach and engagement
  
• Support digital marketing for events and trade shows
  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and strategy
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proven experience in content planning and campaign execution
  

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools
  
• Experience running paid ads on Facebook and Instagram
  
• Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
  
• Background in tech or consumer branding
  
• Ability to interpret engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly
