Job Title: Virtual Sales & Marketing Strategist
Work Schedule: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads

  • Lead organic social media initiatives, including content planning, publishing, and engagement tracking

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns using data and performance insights

  • Analyze and report on marketing KPIs and sales performance metrics

  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to hit or exceed sales targets

  • Align all marketing and sales activities with the company’s overarching vision and goals

  • Collaborate with leadership on building and scaling a future sales team



Future Team Leadership Opportunity

As part of our growth roadmap, you may also play a central role in helping to build a full sales team. This team would ideally specialize in:

  • Selling custom app and software development services

  • Client engagement and frontline sales

  • Consultative and upselling techniques

  • Lead generation in the B2B tech space

  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for tech products and services




Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (Meta & Google Ads) and B2B sales strategy

  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, sales metrics, and CRM systems

  • Comfortable analyzing data and making strategic decisions based on findings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with founders, startups, or in high-growth environments preferred

  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in SaaS, software development, or digital solutions

  • Self-starter with a “strategy-first” mindset—not just task-driven
