We are seeking a talented Marketing Support professional with strong graphic design skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, able to convert Canva mockups into vector-based designs, and produce marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines. Bonus skills include improving SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) for ongoing website improvements.

Skills & Experience
Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign
Ability to convert Canva concepts/basic mockups into vector-based design files
Strong graphic design skills aligned with brand guidelines to create marketing materials
Highly Desirable:
Experience with SEO and content writing for websites
Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) & SEO
Strong understanding of WordPress
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website edits
Strong copywriting ability with the capacity to adapt to a brand voice
Strong organisational skills for assisting with event planning and documentation
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Marketing Assets
Create signage, flyers, and other marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines
Convert Canva mockups into Adobe Illustrator files or vectorised artwork suitable for professional use
Produce assets using Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign for both print and digital marketing
SEO & Content Creation
Improve website SEO and AEO to increase search visibility and rankings
Research relevant search queries and keyword opportunities
Write and publish SEO-driven blog content aligned with search intent
Optimise existing website content for improved search performance
Website Management
Upload and manage content using WordPress
Make website updates and edits using basic HTML/CSS while maintaining alignment with existing website design
Ensure website content remains consistent with brand standards
Marketing Documentation
Assist in designing and compiling signage tenders, proposals, and marketing PDFs to a professional standard
Event Support
Assist with event planning and coordination
Maintain event planning spreadsheets and documentation
Design clear floor plans or layouts to help the team understand event setup on the day
Support the creation of event-related marketing materials where required
