You'll be responsible for building and running marketing campaigns across various channels, using data and insights to make smart decisions. You'll need to be comfortable with both strategy and execution, and confident working independently.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and run marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, social media, and the website
Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page improvements, and backlink opportunities
Create and manage content that helps attract and convert the right audience
Handle paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms
Track and analyse campaign results, using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
Set up A/B tests, manage budgets, and optimise campaigns for better results
Build and maintain dashboards to keep the team informed on performance
Own the lead generation process from end to end
What were looking for:
Proven experience in a growth marketing or digital marketing role
Strong skills in lead generation and conversion
Solid understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot
Confident in running campaigns across multiple platforms
Able to write and oversee quality content and messaging
Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time and output
