We’re reimagining how people and businesses move physical goods — powered by AI, automation, and an incredible network of providers. With operations expanding nationwide, we’re now hiring a Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing engine for scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a full-time, fully remote Marketing Manager to own and coordinate all aspects of Muvr’s marketing ecosystem — from brand and creative to growth, SEO, B2B, and partnerships.

This is a high-impact senior role where you’ll drive Muvr’s visibility, growth, and market share across every vertical — working closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership. You’ll build integrated campaigns, lead our creative strategy, and design the growth systems that fuel both customer demand and provider supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for all Muvr verticals (B2C, B2B, and Partner).
  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, product, and field marketing channels.
  • Oversee creative direction and brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Drive performance and growth marketing initiatives that efficiently acquire users, providers, and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a small but growing team (SEO, social, design, and content specialists).
  • Align marketing and sales strategies to ensure cohesive messaging and strong lead-to-revenue performance.
  • Partner with Product and Operations to define positioning, launch strategies, and GTM frameworks for new products or service expansions.
  • Build Muvr’s brand presence through PR, storytelling, and digital thought leadership — including amplifying the founder and company voice.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand leadership, ideally in a startup, marketplace, or logistics environment.
  • Proven ability to scale multi-channel acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability across audiences (customers, partners, and internal teams).
  • A bias for action — you’re data-driven, creative, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
