What You’ll Do
The Marketing Manager leads SpringHill’s marketing strategy and execution with a clear focus on driving revenue and registrations. This role translates organizational priorities into coordinated campaigns, ensures consistent brand voice and standards, and oversees both internal and external creative resources to deliver timely, effective marketing across all SpringHill programs.
How You’ll Lead
Marketing Strategy and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a rolling 15-month promotional calendar aligned with SpringHill's event schedule, sales goals, and fundraising priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Registration, and Leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue targets and enrollment goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion, retention, and ROI.
Creative and Campaign Managment
- Project-manage all major creative initiatives including print, digital, video, web and advertising assets.
- Supervise copywriting, content development, and social media strategy to ensure consistency, clarity and effectiveness.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination
- Manage relationships with marketing contractors and agencies including graphic design, video production, web development, and advertising partners.
- Provide clear direction, timelines, and feedback to external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Evaluate contractor performance and make recommendations for continued or revised partnerships.
Brand Stewardship
- Ensure organization-wide implementation of SpringHill's branding standards, voice, and messaging.
- Serve as a brand steward across departments, providing guidance and support to maintain consistency in external communications.
- Continuously refine brand positioning to support growth, clarity, and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Development team on fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and shared marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Program, Sales, and Registration teams to align messaging, timing, and customer journeys.
- Support internal teams with strategic marketing insight and campaign coordination.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support the Communications Coordinator, providing direction, coaching, and accountability.
- Establish clear priorities, workflows, and expectations for marketing-related tasks.
- Foster a culture of creativity, clarity, and execution-focused excellence.

- Increase registrations, bookings, and participation across SpringHill programs.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time campaigns that support organizational revenue goals.
- Maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all platforms and departments.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Translate strategy into execution with minimal friction and maximum impact.
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communication, or brand management.
- Proven experience managing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines.
- Experience coordinating creative vendors and contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker who is organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.

Physical Demands
Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, bending, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
