We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and focused team member to join us in leading our marketing staff. We're a thriving community and we're looking forward to meet new members.

After the interview, the team will decide whether or not you'll be a great fit. If the decision has been made to hire, you will be trained according the position you're being hired for.

What you'll be doing



  • Leading the marketing teamΒ in a responsible and efficient manner.

  • Liaising with the other team leaders to collaborate and support each other's departments.

  • Running the network's social media accounts.

  • Running events and competitions on the server's forums.

  • Promoting server operations, competitions, sales and events.

Requirements


  • Knowledge of Minecraft and passion for helping others.

  • The ability to lead efficiently

  • The ability to communicate clearly and positively through written and spoken English using formal language with correct grammar and spelling.

  • Comfort working independentlyβ€”in some cases you will be the only team member online.

  • Knowledge on how to use Twitter and the Website's forums.

The following skills would also contribute to your role on the team:


  • Strong Writing Skills

  • Experience working remotely on a team

  • Experience in marketing

  • Graphic design skills

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CC

  • Knowledge of Microsoft word and Apple Pages.
