Description
  • Coordinate and execute events regularly, such as trade shows, team gatherings, webinars, vendor events, etc., while measuring KPIs and tracking impact.
  • Maintain and monitor websites, social communities, and other audiences we engage. 
  • Market Lockstep’s offerings by developing and implementing tactical campaign management while also strategizing digital channels, events, thought leadership marketing, etc., and keeping a pulse on overall execution.
  • Work with the marketing team to create and maintain an annual marketing plan and execute in line with organizational priorities.
  • Work directly with sales reps and clients to create mission and purpose-driven messaging, ensuring design and content are relevant, engaging, and consistent with Corporate assets.
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
  • Co-own sales data in the Salesforce CRM, updating accounts with campaign data,      opportunities, and outcomes. 
  • Monitor and report the performance of marketing strategies, including analyzing and interpreting market data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends.
Requirements

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:

  • Direct marketing: email, digital, and print.
  • Market segmentation analysis
  • Salesforce CRM experience/knowledge
  • Experience with email platforms such as MailChimp, Pardot, etc. 
  • Social and community audience management 
  • Ability to work internally with technical stakeholders 
  • Understanding the customer, accurately capturing the voice of the client 
  • Design and creative skills critical to case study creation, presentations, and other content and collateral. 
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, creating and communicating execution plans 
  • Organization and planning skills  

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally within the IT services or education industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
