Marketing Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:
- Direct marketing: email, digital, and print.
- Market segmentation analysis
- Salesforce CRM experience/knowledge
- Experience with email platforms such as MailChimp, Pardot, etc.
- Social and community audience management
- Ability to work internally with technical stakeholders
- Understanding the customer, accurately capturing the voice of the client
- Design and creative skills critical to case study creation, presentations, and other content and collateral.
- Continuous process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, creating and communicating execution plans
- Organization and planning skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally within the IT services or education industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
