Job Description
Marketing managers are responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for an organization's social media accounts and other company's branding along with being able to:
- Preform research on current benchmark and audience trends.
- Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily. (e.g. original text, photo, videos, and company news through all social media platforms and websites).
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotion and competitions.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and application.
General Accountabilities
- Contributes to Pathways Behavioral Health’s mission, vision, and program as it relates to expansion to the company.

Adheres to all current federal & state laws, as well as Pathways Behavioral Health’s Policies & Procedures, including the safeguarding of confidential information inside the company.
- Attend monthly administrative meetings.
Qualifications
*At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required and /or a certification or degree in Marketing and Branding (Currently a senior in high school is equivalent- must provide Verification of Enrollment & Attendance) (VOE) ( Must be stamped by school official).* One year experience in the field or related field*Ability to perform task utilizing technology equipment*Ability to understand and perform tasks related to all social media platforms, company website and the digital tools.* Pay for this position is $23.00 per for 20 hours per week.
