      Job Description
 

Marketing managers are responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for an organization's social media accounts and other company's branding along with being able to:
  • Preform research on current benchmark and audience trends.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily. (e.g. original text, photo, videos, and company news through all social media platforms and websites).
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotion and competitions.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and application.



General Accountabilities
  • Contributes to Pathways Behavioral Health’s mission, vision, and program as it relates to expansion to the company.
  • Adheres to all current federal & state laws, as well as Pathways Behavioral Health’s Policies & Procedures, including the safeguarding of confidential information inside the company.​​​​​​
  • Attend monthly administrative meetings.

Qualifications

*
At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required and /or a certification or degree in Marketing and Branding (Currently a senior in high school is equivalent- must provide  Verification of Enrollment & Attendance) (VOE) ( Must be stamped by school official).
* One year experience in the field or related field
*Ability to perform task utilizing technology equipment
*Ability to understand and perform tasks related to all social media platforms, company website and the digital tools.





* Pay for this position is $23.00 per for 20 hours per week
