Our client is seeking a Marketing & Analytics Business Analyst to support strategic marketing analytics, compliance, and business insights initiatives within a large financial services environment. This role will partner closely with business, marketing, compliance, data, and technology teams to gather requirements, drive analysis, and support data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across marketing, analytics, and compliance initiatives
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and business process discussions
- Partner with marketing, analytics, compliance, and technology teams to drive delivery outcomes
- Support business process improvement, gap analysis, and requirements traceability activities
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights to support decision making
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT activities
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving customer insights, reporting, and operational improvements
Requirements

5β8+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services environments
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories
- Experience supporting marketing analytics, customer insights, or business intelligence initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
- Experience working within Agile / Scrum environments
- Experience with requirements traceability, UAT, and process mapping
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Financial services, banking, compliance, or regulatory experience preferred
