Jr Regional Event Marketing Specialist (Remote)

$45hr ( Weekly pay + Benefits)

12 month contract (Excellent potential for extension)

M-F: Full-time

What excites you:

  • Oversee project management of campaign and program execution including timelines, deliverables and key stakeholder involvement
  • Partner with the AMER Regional Marketing Managers in the design and execution of tactics that reach and connect with target enterprise customers
  • Test and optimize new tactics and channels. Continuously measure ROI and scale our efforts to drive new business.
  • Drive the Implementation of new ideas based on what is working
  • Report results, track performance, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic

 

What excites us:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Enterprise Event planning
  • Excellent experience in managing virtual and live events
  • Experience to actually plan, execute, and manage virtual, live, local, and regional events and campaigns.
  • Experience to own the process with coordinating and execution of virtual and live events
  • Experience with budgeting, logistics and vendor management for events
  • Experience with CRM Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with PowerBi or similar data analytics tools
  • Experience with Data Analysis & ROI Tracking; Understanding performance metrics and converting data into actionable insights is key.
  • Experience with lead tracking, reporting, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience creating landing pages using Contentful or similar platform
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience to engage with customers, partners, and sales teams effectively.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to tailor messaging to the audience.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, field marketing, product, brand, and marketing operations teams to align on strategy and execution.
  • Experience standardizing processes and templates to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the demand generation funnel (INQs, MQLs, SALs, SQLs)
  • Willingness to travel domestically for events and on-site support (25% travel).
