Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, data-obsessed Head of Digital Marketing to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts across multiple paid and organic channels. You’ll bring a unique combination of analytical thinking, performance leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, driving measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue.

This role demands expert-level marketing intelligence and a proven ability to lead teams, design dashboards, and build scalable growth systems that align with executive business goals.

Bonus points if you have experience in legal, healthcare, or other performance-intensive service industries.

Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Growth Execution

  • Develop and implement full-funnel digital strategies aligned with business goals and marketing KPIs.
  • Own growth across key acquisition channels: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, SEO, CRO, and retargeting.
  • Set OKRs and quarterly campaign goals to drive new client acquisition and high-value lead generation.

2. Performance & Attribution Leadership

  • Define and track marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV/CAC, etc.) across all active channels.
  • Create and maintain real-time executive dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, and GA4.
  • Implement attribution models and campaign insights that drive confident, data-backed decisions.

3. Team Oversight & Collaboration

  • Lead a high-performance team across media buying, creative, analytics, and marketing ops.
  • Develop structured testing systems for creative assets, landing pages, and ad variations.
  • Partner with intake and sales teams to ensure funnel consistency and improve conversion rates.

4. Martech & Operational Optimization

  • Own the integration and performance of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure accurate pixel tracking, UTM governance, tag management, and event mapping.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in lead quality, tracking, or conversion reporting.

5. C-Suite Communication & Growth Strategy

  • Deliver weekly/monthly updates with key insights, growth trends, and ROI impact.
  • Make informed budget allocation decisions based on channel performance and market conditions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all things growth and digital.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced or growth-stage environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-dollar ROI through paid and organic strategies.
  • Mastery of Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, and SQL.
  • Strong experience in media strategy, creative testing, funnel optimization, and KPI forecasting.
  • Comfortable leading internal teams and managing external vendors or agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or equivalent experience.


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in legal, healthcare, or lead-based services is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Filevine, or intake/CRM systems.
  • Understanding of compliance (CCPA, HIPAA) and ethical advertising in regulated industries.
  • Comfortable presenting insights to executive stakeholders and managing cross-departmental KPIs.
