Description

We are looking for a talented individual who can effectively communicate our company's unique value proposition, understand client needs, and craft compelling and well-crafted proposals that showcase our capabilities. In addition to exceptional writing skills, the perfect candidate will also have an uncanny ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and a track record with securing business through RFx work. Additional primary duties/responsibilities include:

  • Manage proposal submissions for NIH, SAMHSA and other Federal entities
  • Identify, manage and respond to RFx opportunities to positively impact revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to articulate complex facets of WEA services offerings
  • Review and verify that responses to questions address key funder hot buttons and win themes
  • Assist with proposal knowledge management and retention of content for future use
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of public health, population health, healthcare, NPO grant and proposal writing experience for marginalized and vulnerable populations with the ability to demonstrate success
  • Past successes of awards as the primary writer
  • Proficient with measuring and reaching funding opportunity goals
  • Proficient with county, state, federal, corporate grants and RFPs requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while utilizing people skills for outline and narrative support as necessary
  • Detail-oriented in nature, well organized, with the ability to manage writing completion within the hours offered
  • Thrives in a high-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Google docs
Salary Description
$25.00 to $50.00 per hour
