Founded in 2019 in Seattle, Change State is a rapidly growing recruitment marketing agency seeking a Client Success Manager to help support the execution of marketing programs and tactics to meet the growing needs of our agency business.

Our ideal Client Success Manager is comfortable wearing multiple hats, is able to recognize patterns in data, and isn't afraid to speak their mind when opportunities to improve present themselves.

We're Hiring: Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Are you a talented contractor with experience in Unbounce and WordPress? We’re a fast-growing recruitment marketing agency seeking a dedicated freelancer who can help us create, update, and maintain high-converting landing pages, as well as manage bi-weekly blog and podcast content. If you’re ready to grow with us and ensure our clients receive top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Unbounce Expertise: Create and maintain landing pages for various ad campaigns.
  • Content Updates: Regularly update bi-weekly blog and podcast content in WordPress.
  • Additional Projects: Tackle other tasks as assigned to support our growing client base.
  • Zapier Integration: Leverage your experience with Zapier to automate lead management by sending data to unique Google Sheets.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience with Unbounce and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with Zapier integrations.
  • Reliability and strong communication skills—no disappearing acts!
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
