Job Summary:

The Events and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and promotion of both internal and external events. This role also oversees integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and results-driven with a passion for events and strategic marketing.

General Responsibilities:

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and networking events.
  • Manage all event logistics such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, contracts, budgets, and on-site coordination.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event project plans and timelines.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with SAM and Operations teams to ensure event alignment with company goals.

Marketing Campaigns (SAM, Operations, and Networks):

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support events and company brand objectives.
  • Oversee content development and ordering for email marketing, social media, press releases, promotional materials, and event collateral.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and digital marketing teams to deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, including ROI, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations through post-campaign and post-event analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Proven experience in event planning and marketing campaign management.
  • Proficiency in marketing and creative tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools, such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Zoom platform setup and support.
  • Strong skills in social media management.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and submit RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to problem-solving and use critical thinkingΒ 
  • Ability to handle conflict in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work with peers and all departments for the common goals of the organization
  • Reliable in meeting work commitments
  • Must be flexible and adapt to most any situation
  • Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required
  • Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
