We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support a retirement coaching business. This role is pivotal in promoting the podcast and the associated retirement coaching services, targeting an audience that is navigating their semi-retirement transitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, enhancing podcast visibility, and driving engagement across various digital platforms.
Work schedule
- Available to support client in US Eastern Time
- 10 hours a week
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest to enhance audience engagement and promote retirement coaching services.
- Assist in the production and promotion of the podcast, ensuring it reaches a broad audience interested in retirement lifestyle planning.
- Create compelling marketing content that resonates with the target demographic, driving interest and conversions for retirement coaching.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery that aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Provide general marketing support, collaborating closely with the team to innovate and implement new marketing techniques.
Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of the major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, LinkedIn and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple tasks within a flexible schedule.
- Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues and present solutions effectively.
