Role Summary
As a Digital Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media. This role supports both organic growth and client engagement efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, analytics support, and platform coordination. You’ll also assist in the execution and refinement of email and social campaigns where needed—contributing to a well-rounded, integrated marketing experience for our clients.
This position is ideal for someone eager to expand their tactical experience across multiple service lines while working in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content, SEO & Website Support
- Conduct keyword research to support blog creation, on-page SEO, and strategic content planning
- Optimize website content and metadata for search visibility, readability, and structure
- Format and publish content in WordPress, applying SEO best practices
- Assist in website audits, including crawlability, indexation, and technical flags
Email Marketing Support
- Help draft and edit marketing emails, newsletters, and automated sequences
- Schedule email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
- Monitor basic campaign performance (open rates, CTRs) and assist with reporting
- Collaborate with the design team for image assets and mobile-friendly formatting
Social Media Support
- Support the Social Media Manager with content scheduling, caption writing, and hashtag research
- Help manage and monitor social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for engagement activity
- Assist with monthly reporting on follower growth, impressions, and engagement metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to align social posts with blog, email, or campaign content
Analytics & Reporting
- Pull basic reports from GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs to support campaign reviews
- Track and compile performance metrics related to SEO, social, and email campaigns
- Assist with tagging setup and testing (Google Tag Manager), under supervision
- Provide weekly task updates and contribute to internal meetings with insights and findings

Personal Attributes & Qualifications
Essential
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content execution
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital campaign metrics
- Familiarity with email and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and collaborating with different departments
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress troubleshooting
- Experience using scheduling tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite
- Google Analytics or HubSpot certification
- Experience drafting social captions or marketing emails
- Prior agency or multi-client experience
