Archive Digital is hiring a <\/span>Contract Marketing Project Manager<\/b> <\/span>to lead delivery across multi\-channel digital marketing programs and AI\-enabled marketing operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high\-quality execution across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>

• Own end\-to\-end project delivery: project plans, timelines, milestones, and day\-to\-day coordination <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead weekly client status updates, including progress reporting, next steps, and risk management <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Coordinate internal specialists and contractors across <\/span>SEO, PPC, paid social, web, content, and analytics<\/b>
  <\/li>
• Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and change requests to keep delivery predictable and efficient <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain quality control prior to launch (QA checks, readiness reviews, and stakeholder sign\-off) <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Keep workstreams organized in <\/span>Zoho<\/b> <\/span>(e.g., Zoho Projects; and where applicable, Zoho CRM and analytics\/automation workflows)
  <\/li> <\/ul>

  Qualifications
  <\/h3>

  • 3+ years<\/b> <\/span>of project management experience in digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred) <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Zoho experience strongly preferred<\/b> <\/span>(especially <\/span>Zoho Projects<\/b>; Zoho CRM familiarity is a plus) <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong client\-facing communication skills: clear documentation, meeting notes, action items, and follow\-through <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts\/projects in parallel without losing detail <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable working with cross\-functional teams and distributed\/contract resources
