ABOUT THE POSITION:

The CONTRACT Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy. Responsibilities include creating communities based on level and interest; identifying opportunities for cross-sell/upsell; and amplifying our customers’ stories. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a cohesive program that has a measurable impact on the overall business.  This position reports to the VP of Marketing.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create communities based key functions (executives, HIEs, EHR systems, etc) that balance the needs of the business and the value to the customers
  • Develop customers into advocates, willing to evangelize how Verato helps them to achieve their business objectives
  • Amplify our customers’ experience via customer success stories, industry awards and recognition, speaking and PR opportunities, peer reviews, and more
  • Design and execute cross-sell/up-sell programs to increase stickiness and fuel our growth 
  • Integrate customer marketing activities, including focus groups, webinars, events, email, social, etc., with demand gen activities
  • Collaborate with sales and customer experience to manage customer onboarding and retention
Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Create communities based key functions (executives, HIEs, EHR systems, etc) that balance the needs of the business and the value to the customers

Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing
  • Ability to understand how customers are using Verato solutions to achieve their business goals and translate into marketing programs
  • Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates
  • Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results
  • Proficient in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
