We are recruiting for a contract resource with experience in systems administration for content production and management. This role involves supporting content upload and maintenance within the <\/span><\/span>RWS Tridion Docs<\/span><\/span><\/b> system. As a <\/span><\/span>Content Production Analyst<\/span><\/span><\/b>, you will serve as a key conduit between global <\/span><\/span>Audit & Assurance<\/span><\/span><\/b> business stakeholders and subject matter teams, ensuring the publication and maintenance of content for a global user base.

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Coordinate with global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content, including localisation for various countries.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely content deployment.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p>

  Required<\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Minimum <\/span><\/span>2–3 years<\/span><\/span><\/b> of knowledge management experience, including:<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Gathering, writing, revising, and releasing content.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Performing quality reviews of XML\-based content.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
    • Experience and knowledge of <\/span><\/span>DITA XML<\/span><\/span><\/b> and authoring in DITA XML or other XML\-based formats (including <\/span><\/span>Oxygen<\/span><\/span><\/b>).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
      • Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as <\/span><\/span>Tridion Docs<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
        • Strong collaboration skills for working within onsite and virtual teams.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Proficiency in <\/span><\/span>Microsoft Office<\/span><\/span><\/b> (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

          Education and Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • College degree (or equivalent).<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Two to three years of content management experience.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
