Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for enthusiastic prospects who have already expressed interest in transforming their outdoor spaces. You’ll work with warm inbound leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertising, using a proven script and supportive CRM system to guide interested homeowners toward their next step. Rather than complex sales, you’ll focus on the straightforward process of connecting qualified prospects with expert surveyors who can bring their garden room vision to life. This role offers the perfect blend of structured processes and meaningful customer interaction, with clear performance metrics and bonus opportunities for success.
Responsibilities
- Connect with warm inbound leads who have already shown interest through social media advertising
- Use provided scripts and CRM system to engage prospects in friendly, professional conversations
- Schedule surveyor appointments for homeowners ready to explore their garden room options
- Qualify prospect interest and gather basic information for the scheduling team
- Handle common questions and objections with confidence using proven responses
- Maintain consistent calling activity and track progress through the company’s CRM platform
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure smooth hand off of qualified appointments
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for calls made and appointments booked
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent (Philippines candidates preferred)
- Availability to work UK daytime hours (10am-4pm UK time zone)
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
- Persistence and resilience for high-volume calling (approximately 30 dials to reach prospects)
- Comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
- Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
- Professional attitude when handling difficult prospects or objections
- Commitment to 4-hour daily shifts with focus and energy throughout
- Interest in home improvement industry and helping customers achieve their goals
