LAS Art Foundation is building a pool of freelance social media and digital marketing specialists to collaborate with us on upcoming projects, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Rather than hiring for a single position, we are looking to connect with freelancers with different strengths and areas of expertise across social media, digital marketing, and content production.

You may collaborate with LAS on project-based assignments, campaign launches, exhibition communications, or ongoing digital initiatives.

Social Media Manager
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with exhibition launches and institutional campaigns.
- Plan and manage editorial calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate closely with the LAS marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Manage day-to-day publishing, community engagement, and platform management.
Influencer Relations Manager
- Identify and build relationships with relevant creators, artists, and cultural influencers.
- Develop influencer collaboration strategies to support exhibitions and campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and campaign activations.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of collaborations and partnerships.
Analyst/ Monitoring Specialist
- Track and analyse social media performance across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and digital growth metrics.
- Develop KPI frameworks and generate performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns and digital strategy.
Content Creator
- Produce high-quality image and video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Create engaging short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok).
- Develop creative concepts that translate LAS exhibitions and projects into compelling digital storytelling.
- Write clear and engaging English copy aligned with the LAS brand voice.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and formats.
Paid Social Specialist
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, and budget allocation within Ads Manager.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with content creators and strategists to improve campaign performance.
Digital Graphic Designer/ Motion Designer
- Create social-first graphics and motion assets that translate exhibition visuals and campaign concepts into digital formats.
- Develop reusable graphic and motion templates for social media formats and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with the LAS marketing team to develop a cohesive visual language across digital channels.

Mandatory requirements:
Native or fluent English with excellent writing and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in social media, digital marketing, or content production.
Strong understanding of current social media platforms and digital trends.
Ability to work independently in a freelance, project-based environment.
A portfolio or examples of previous work.
Preferred qualifications:
Background in communications, media, marketing, or related fields
Experience working with arts institutions, cultural organisations, museums, or galleries
Familiarity with the Berlin cultural landscape
Working knowledge of German
