This is a remote position.
- Plan and implement lessons that teach students to speak, read, and write in Spanish
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology, to enhance student learning
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, quizzes, and other assessments
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, education, or a related field.
- Have strong communication skills and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Be knowledgeable about Spanish culture, literature, and history.
- Have experience with or be willing to learn instructional technology and use it in the classroom.
- Be able to adapt your teaching style to the needs of your students and use a variety of teaching methods to engage them.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have a positive attitude and be able to motivate and inspire students.
