Marketing Manager
Are you passionate about building and leading strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate growth?
As changeforce's Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in designing and executing thought leadership-focused, data-driven marketing initiatives across social media (primarily LinkedIn), email, blog, and events. You’ll help shape campaigns that engage audiences across the full funnel, from building brand awareness to nurturing leads and supporting sales.
You’ll take ownership of marketing workflows and content processes, ensuring projects run smoothly, assets reflect our brand, and campaigns deliver measurable results. Whether the audience is seeking guidance from our human experts or exploring the cutting-edge potential of our tech products (changeSights.ai, Mathison, Octahedron), you’ll make sure the message is clear, compelling, and timely.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll coordinate and ensure flawless execution of marketing efforts, translating them into brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. We're a growing company with a multi-service and technology product offering, so a “wear many hats” mentality is a must!
In this role your responsibilities will be…
Campaign Management: Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple practices, tech products, and audience segments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with business objectives and ensure timely delivery.
Content Production & Process Management: Own the content calendar (in ClickUp), ensuring campaigns are strategically scheduled, contributors are coordinated, and deliverables stay on track. Drive continuous improvement of content workflows and production timelines. This includes the tactical execution and production of 3-4 pieces of mixed long-form and short-form content per week across various channels. This content will primarily be organic, short-form content and not involve large-scale photo or video shoots.
Creative Development & Brand Consistency: Work with our in-house design team to create and deliver high-quality, on-brand assets, including newsletters (Mailchimp), blog posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, sales materials, event collateral, and social content. Ensure brand integrity across all campaigns and partner collaborations.
Campaign Performance & Marketing Ops: Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions. Maintain reporting dashboards, monitor trends, and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
Lead Tracking & Sales Support: Coordinate with Sales to tag, track, and report on marketing-generated leads. Ensure campaigns are optimized for top- and mid-funnel engagement, supporting pipeline growth across both services and product offerings.
Our ideal candidate…
Proven B2B Marketing Experience: You have a solid track record of success in B2B marketing — whether in services, SaaS, or emerging tech — and understand how to connect campaigns to pipeline outcomes. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience.
Project & Process Leader: You’re not just great at execution — you know how to build and manage repeatable processes that keep campaigns moving, content organized, and teams aligned.
Strategic Campaign Driver: You bring a strategic mindset to campaign planning, from setting goals and defining audiences to measuring performance and iterating for better results.
Audience Whisperer: You have a talent for crafting clear, compelling messaging that speaks to the needs and pain points of different industries, roles, and buying stages.
Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working closely with designers, subject matter experts, and leadership. You know how to keep communication flowing and projects on track without silos.
Detail-Oriented & Brand-Savvy: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards — especially when it comes to brand alignment and final deliverables.
Learner Mindset: You stay up to date on the latest marketing tools, trends, and strategies — and you're always looking for ways to improve your craft and impact.
Location: This is a remote position, ideally based in Central or South America, working within a similar time zone to support collaboration with US-based teams.
Availability: We are looking for an individual who can commit to approximately 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to scale up based on output and business needs.
Optional Qualifications
Marketing or Communications Degree: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Agency Experience: While experience working in a digital marketing agency with B2B clients is a bonus, we value transferable skills and a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
