Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to educate and connect with patients.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy using Hootsuite, maintaining a consistent brand voice and maximizing engagement.
- Design eye-catching digital graphics and print materials that highlight innovative eye care services.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and targeted messaging for different patient groups.
- Work closely with the eye care team to simplify complex optometry concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand content.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to enhance digital engagement.
- Organize marketing assets and patient data while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing visually engaging, on-brand content.
- Proficiency in Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of design trends and social media best practices, particularly in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify medical concepts for a general audience.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience with email marketing and basic data management, including familiarity with spreadsheet software.
- Passion for continuous learning, especially in eye health and optometry.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, with potential for growth as the practice expands its digital presence.
