Job Title: Social Media Manager – Video Editing & Graphic Design
Job Type: 20 hours/week (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager with strong expertise in video editing and graphic design to lead content creation and elevate our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, visual branding, and social media growth strategies. You will work directly with a key brand representative to craft and execute a cohesive content and growth strategy across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Develop engaging, original content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with its target audience.

  • Transform long-form video content into compelling short-form pieces optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Design scroll-stopping graphics, carousel posts, story templates, and promotional assets.

  • Collaborate closely with the brand figure to elevate the creative vision and direction.

  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual aesthetics across all content.

Strategy & Growth

  • Build and implement a strategic content plan tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., InstaTrack or similar) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Iterate content strategy based on performance metrics to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for each platform.

Community Management & Brand Development

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement activities.

  • Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and goals.

  • Foster audience growth through engaging, value-driven content and consistent interaction.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to grow and engage social media audiences.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).

  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Experience developing social media strategies and executing them independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
