Schedule: Flexible hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM NSW time
Total Weekly Hours: 10 hours (potential to increase)

Our client is a creative marketing and branding agency that partners with purpose-led lifestyle, fashion, and wellness brands to craft bold, beautiful digital experiences. They are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the team with scheduling, posting, and community engagement across multiple client accounts.


Responsibilities
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Upload and organize client-approved assets in content calendars

  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner

  • Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for engagement or improvements

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams as needed



Requirements
  • Experience managing social media accounts for brands (agency experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite

  • Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and detail

  • Highly organized, responsive, and capable of working independently

  • Passion for branding, marketing, and digital storytelling

  • Bonus: Experience with fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands
