Our client is seeking a Social Media Engagement & Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage the distribution of pre-created content and drive community engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This role focuses on building connections, boosting visibility, and supporting business growth through strategic interaction and outreach.


Responsibilities
  • Post and schedule pre-made video and social media content across platforms

  • Engage in relevant Facebook groups to build authority as a thought leader

  • Respond to messages and inquiries on social channels

  • Conduct outreach via direct messages to connect with potential prospects

  • Manage community engagement to drive traffic to the profile and services

  • Optimize posting times for maximum reach and interaction

  • Proactively connect with influencers and potential partners in the coaching/business space




Requirements
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Portfolio showcasing past social media work

  • Strong written communication skills for engagement and messaging

  • Understanding of social media best practices and optimal posting times

  • Ability to represent a professional coaching brand appropriately

  • Experience with Facebook group engagement and community building

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling/management tools

  • Reliable internet and ability to work independently
