- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing leads and accounts through consistent follow-ups and communication.
- Research and collect information on prospective clients, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Generate new lead opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound outreach.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up emails to initiate conversations with target businesses.
- Assist in CRM data entry and maintenance to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and activities.
- Support campaign outreach in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Help coordinate meetings or demos for senior sales representatives
Provide feedback and insights from conversations with prospects to help refine sales strategies.
