About the Role

At Buildots, we believe that a well-equipped sales team is critical to our success. We’re looking for a part-time Sales Enablement Content Manager to help us create a world-class learning experience for our go-to-market teams. This is a freelance or contract-based position (50% capacity), requiring a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, L&D, content management, or similar roles.

You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-impact enablement content—including sales guides, interactive training, and onboarding materials—and implementing tools and processes that ensure content accessibility and performance tracking.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement scalable learning initiatives and programs (e.g. onboarding, upskilling) for sales and customer-facing teams
  • Write clear, concise guides and training content that align with sales strategy and best practices
  • Create interactive e-learning experiences using tools like Rise or similar
  • Manage the content repository (CMS/LMS), ensuring materials are accurate, organized, and up-to-date
  • Monitor content usage and engagement to iterate and improve based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into digestible learning assets
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to support ongoing enablement efforts
  • Track enablement KPIs and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, L&D, or content management roles
  • Experience managing and implementing a CMS or LMS
  • Proven ability to create engaging e-learning modules and interactive training materials
  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • High attention to detail, independence and ability to manage your priorities
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on content effectiveness and learner impact
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Plus: Experience with Enablement tools (LMS/CSM) and sales tools like Salesforce (SFDC), Gong/Chorus, Outreach, and similar


This is a remote, part-time (50%) freelance/contract opportunity.
