Scope
- Manage both company and personal brand social media accounts
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules
- Create and optimize social media ad campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes
- Contribute ideas for improving overall digital marketing strategy
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, focusing on platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Google Business, and Youtube
- Create and schedule daily posts using tools like Canva for graphics (e.g., “coming soon,” “just listed,” “just sold” announcements)
- Develop and implement organic growth strategies to increase follower count and engagement
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, including customer journeys
- Interact with followers, send messages, and strategically follow/unfollow accounts to boost engagement
- Help write blog posts on the website to boost SEO
- Assist with basic video editing for social media content (desirable but not required)
- Collaborate closely with you to align social media strategy with business goals
- Help come up with funnels to generate leads from social media and emails
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Strong skills in graphic design, particularly with Canva
- Experience with email marketing platforms, especially MailChimp
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and practices
- Video editing skills are a plus
