Publishing Content Layout Associate (Temporary February 2026 - May 2026, Remote)

The Publishing Content Layout Associate (Temporary) is responsible for using InDesign templates to create and update page layouts for our print products, uploading and updating content for our online platform, and modifying images and illustrations for both print and digital. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating pages using InDesign templates
• Formatting materials to ensure the product is consistent, helpful, and visually appealing to teachers and students 
• Applying edits to existing content using InDesign
• Modifying images and illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Checking for consistency by reviewing pages across multiple resources
• Fixing formatting and content issues as they’re identified
• Uploading and editing online content in TCI's internal tools (training provided)

• Available to work 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours
• Must be proficient in using InDesign 
• Must understand how to use master pages in InDesign
• Proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop 
• Ability to meet deadlines while working independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Zoom, and Project Management tools 
• Must have a personal laptop/computer and be able to run updated versions of provided systems/application 

This position is remote. The pay range for this position is between $24.00 to $30.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills, and location.
