You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging machine learning insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales and marketing projects with a focus on integrating machine learning models and analytics into business strategies
- Collaborate with data science teams to implement ML-driven solutions such as customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Align cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering to achieve project goals
- Translate complex machine learning outputs into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance using data-driven metrics and continuously optimize strategies
- Develop frameworks for marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle management using ML models
- Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and emerging technology trends
- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and project governance
- Ensure adoption of best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and performance tracking
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 13+ years of experience in project management within sales, marketing, or digital transformation roles
- Strong exposure to Machine Learning concepts and their application in marketing and sales use cases
- Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional projects in a remote or distributed environment
- Experience working closely with data science or analytics teams to deliver ML-driven business solutions
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and performance metrics
