Photo Retoucher (Ecommerce & Marketing Assets) (Work From Home)

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Photo Retoucher to support high-volume creative production for U.S.-based eCommerce and apparel brands. This full-time, remote role is ideal for experienced Filipino designers with strong expertise in photo retouching, color correction, cropping, and asset optimization for digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and performance teams to deliver polished, brand-consistent visuals across ads, social media, email campaigns, and web experiences.

🎨 What You’ll Do

• Support post-production workflows for high-volume image editing
• Perform light retouching, cropping, resizing, and color correction for web and marketing use
• Edit imagery including product flats, studio shots, lifestyle photos, and on/off-model imagery
• Ensure consistent cropping, alignment, and color accuracy across all assets
• Provide fast turnarounds and iterative edits with strong attention to detail
• Follow brand style guidelines to maintain visual consistency
• Prepare creative assets for paid ads, social media, email campaigns, display ads, and landing pages
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams using Asana, Slack, and Dropbox

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and professional design
• Proven experience in photo retouching and color correction
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and branding principles
• Ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with Asana (or similar), Slack, and Dropbox
• Ability to work PST hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
