About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads) will act as a strategic partner responsible for driving paid growth and enhancing digital visibility. This role goes beyond execution, requiring a strong understanding of the home services market, content trends, and performance-driven marketing. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and capable of guiding content direction while optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube
β’ Develop and execute TikTok content strategy focused on engagement and education
β’ Re-edit and optimize raw video content into platform-specific formats such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
β’ Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize ad spend efficiency
β’ Monitor competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
β’ Collaborate with the internal team by requesting specific content aligned with trends and campaign needs
β’ Ensure alignment between paid media efforts and overall marketing strategy
β’ Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting
π― Qualifications & Skills
β’ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management with a strong focus on paid ads
β’ Experience in home services, construction, or restoration industries is highly preferred
β’ Fluent in written and spoken English
β’ Expert-level proficiency in Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads Manager, and TikTok platform dynamics
β’ Strong video editing skills with the ability to create engaging short-form content
β’ Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and ROI
β’ Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches
β’ Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
β’ Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience behavior
