Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Operations Support Specialist to support day-to-day digital marketing and content operations. You’ll play a key role in designing visuals, scheduling posts, and maintaining online platforms — helping ensure consistent, high-quality brand presence across all channels.


Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva, following provided content titles, brand guidelines, and creative direction.

  • Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms using Later, and manage updates on the company website (WordPress).

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communications.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing, content planning, and social media management.

  • Support content tracking, engagement reporting, and basic performance monitoring.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and posting of all scheduled materials.

  • Organize and maintain digital assets, content calendars, and file management systems.


Requirements
  • Proven experience with Canva for content design and social media graphics (applicants must submit a portfolio).

  • Familiarity with Later or similar scheduling tools.

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates and content uploads.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to follow creative direction while contributing fresh ideas.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
