Finding a highly responsive and reliable partner is critical as we manage numerous external vendor relationships.

The Opportunity

We are urgently seeking an experienced Marketing Operations & Project Specialist to support our brand marketing team. This role is essentially a project manager within the marketing function, where you will be tasked with leading projects from soup to nuts and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all deliverables. This position is seen as a test for potential future, long-term roles, emphasizing the need for a seamless fit.

The most important factor for success in this role is communication and consistent follow-up, particularly as you manage critical vendor and external partner relationships. You must be comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of your project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Campaign Management

  • Own the full execution of marketing initiatives, managing projects from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the marketing calendar across various projects and initiatives.
  • Be the central point of contact, liaising with vendors, external partners, and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met and everyone follows through on their tasks.
  • Maintain consistent and great communication with all vendors, ensuring smooth workflows and timely resolution of issues.

Strategy & Operations

  • Conduct research and provide insights to elevate the consumer experience and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives and execution methods align with our DTC brand needs.
  • Support the brand marketing team with essential marketing operations tasks, keeping processes organized and efficient.

Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills

  • Experience in marketing operations, preferably in high-growth DTC brands.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing various marketing projects and initiatives concurrently.
  • Familiarity with managing and tracking external vendor communication.

Soft Skills (Crucial for Success)

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Required for consistent and professional external vendor interactions.
  • Autonomy and Ownership: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
